EDL's Replacement Guarantee/ return policyEDL's Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Buyers who have been defrauded by qualified sellers on the Platform. The return policy period (EDL's Replacement Guarantee) depends on the product category and the seller. Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.Undamaged ProductThe product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.Undamaged PackagingThe product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.Operational definions for this terms and conditions Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or colorReplace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work).Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back.
